addition to reviewing portfolios and analyzing
investment issues, below is a list of other kinds of
work done on a project basis.
Typically,
an hourly fee is charged. The number of hours is estimated
in advance and the hourly rate is $400/hour. For
work to commence, an engagement agreement is
signed. At that signing, a down payment
equivalent to one-third of the estimated hours is
required. The remaining invoice is due at the
completion of the project, and expected to be paid at
that time.
